MCP-601 Control Command Codes 2.0

KEY:ENABLE

Turns on or off the key.

SYNTAX KEY:ENABLE {OFF | ON}

KEY:ENABLE ?

ARGUMENTS OFF

KEY:MIXER

Determines where the actual mixing of graphics and video takes place.

SYNTAX KEY:MIXER {INTERNAL | EXTERNAL}

KEY:MIXER ?

ARGUMENTS INTERNAL will select the internal digital or analog mixers

EXTERNAL will provide a mixer/key control signal to control an

external mixing device.

KEY:CAPTURE

Causes the alpha key to be captured

SYNTAX KEY:CAPTURE

Specifies the location of the point where the key color is to be

detected.

SYNTAX KEY:POINT <x>,<y>

KEY:POINT ?

ARGUMENTS X-axis is 0 – 719.

Y-axis is 0 – 479 for NTSC.

Y-axis is 0 – 571 for PAL.

KEY:READBACK ? (Query ONLY)

Causes the color (RGB) at the specified location to be read.

SYNTAX KEY:READBACK?

EXAMPLE KEY:READBACK?

Possible return;
